Martin represents clients before Uganda's High Court, Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court and Supreme Court, and appears regularly before the Industrial Court, Tax Appeals Tribunal, Electricity Tribunal, Insurance Appeals Tribunal and Public Procurement Tribunal.
He advises on complex commercial disputes across banking and finance, mortgages, distributorships, intellectual property and corporate transactions, with significant domestic and international arbitration experience. He is particularly recognised for labour and employment law, having handled numerous employment and industrial relations disputes for private sector clients, public institutions and multinational organisations.
Beyond practice, Martin brings over fifteen years of teaching experience, rising to Senior Lecturer at the Law Development Centre, and is a published author.
