African Continental Integration

One African market is the continent's single largest opportunity. We structure the cross-border investments, corridors and institutions that make the AfCFTA, EAC and COMESA real, because integration is built transaction by transaction.

Supporting the legal, financial, commercial, and institutional frameworks that enable the free movement of goods, services, capital, investment, and ideas across Africa.

The African Continental Free Trade Area makes integration a policy fact. It does not yet make it an operational one. A business moving goods, capital or services across African borders still meets divergent regulators, unaligned tax treatment, inconsistent standards and the practical question of whether a judgment or award obtained in one jurisdiction means anything in the next.

We structure for that gap: contracting and security that work in more than one place, tax and transfer pricing governance that anticipates more than one authority, and dispute architecture designed for cross-border enforcement rather than assuming it. A large part of the integration agenda is currently being lost in the distance between what African states have agreed and what their national law actually provides.
