The challenge
A strategic national telecommunications asset had failed, with creditors including a development finance institution, employees and the state all holding competing claims, and no operating stability from which to negotiate any of them.
Our role
The firm's Founding Partner was appointed by the court as Administrator, with the firm providing end-to-end legal execution across the restructuring, creditor engagement, regulatory interface and disputes workstreams simultaneously.
Outcome
The business was stabilised and rescued under court supervision, with every material decision recorded so that it remained auditable and defensible after the fact.

The challenge
