Dispute Resolution · Arbitration

Olivia takes the disputes where a regulated sector, a state agency or an infrastructure project has too much at stake to lose — and builds them to be enforceable, not merely arguable.

Olivia leads the firm's Dispute Resolution practice and heads arbitration. She has deep experience in litigation and arbitration, particularly disputes involving regulated sectors, state-owned agencies, infrastructure projects and high-stakes commercial and tax controversies. Her approach is evidence-led and execution-ready: advocacy that protects value and withstands scrutiny.

She has acted as counsel in international arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules and supported cross-border dispute strategies. She also serves in leadership and training roles within arbitration institutions and legal education.
